FLOOR PLANS:  There are two basic floor plans available at Jeramar Plaza: all of the apartments on the South side have a common floor plan; and all of the apartments on the North side have a common, but different, floor plan.  The apartments are similar in size regardless of floor plan - varying from 1062 sq. ft. to 1093 sq. ft.
